Distinctive emerald green oil lamp from the imperial city of Meknes.

It has a classic islamic form with a narrow nozzle, globular handle and drip pan. The glaze shows a wonderful patina and some signs of wear consistent with age and use.
Although the exact age of this piece is unknown, the wear and patina seem to indicate that it's mid-19th century.
