Thank you for your interest in our offering. We invite you to review the details below carefully before you make a purchase on the website.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days upon receipt of your purchase to request a refund. To request a refund, please email hello@shopmadda.com clearly explaining the reason for your request. Once your return has been approved, items must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original packaging fully intact and in a re-sellable condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping and covering the shipping cost of the returned items. Tracked courier service is strongly recommended. Mādda will not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items. Once the returned items are received, Madda will confirm the refund upon examination of the returned items and the refund will be made within two weeks from the date of receipt of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that the original shipping cost, duties, and/or taxes will not be refunded.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Due to the hand-made nature of our products, small imperfections are often inherent to the materials we work with and are what makes each piece unique. However, if your item arrives damaged in any way, damages need to be notified within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. We are not liable for damages after 24 hours. Images of all packaging and damaged goods must be submitted for a claim.
