The Arz chair is inspired by the long-standing tradition of decorative cedar wood carving in Morocco.

By stripping away the ornamentation, the series of intermeshing flat surfaces celebrate the wood, it's grain, its ruddy warm tones and soothing aroma. The longitudinal strut is intricately hand grooved, adding textural depth to the piece.

Crafted from solid Atlas cedar, it is entirely handmade to order in Morocco by master wood workers.
